What a hot morning to walk...sizzle factor was high even at 7:30am ! Finished 9miles but came in slower than the team. I know my missing last week did not help, so it is back to hardcore training to help quicken the pace and help endurance breathing. The inclines and hills get me winded fast. My right plantar fascii (heel) is acting up again and got my first ugly blister...I've arrived !
